I think these plumbers are great! Really helpful with my radiator leak and arranged to come earlier because they recognised it was a significant leak. So grateful to Natalie and to the lovely technician who arrived and solved the problem with minimal fuss - he actually left me better off than before I had the leak with the work he did. Highly recommend!! Consistently great for service - really friendly, expert - have used B&R for boiler services since and will use them again, and again. One of those trades professionals that you're really lucky to find!

Had new boiler fitted repositioned with appropriate pipe work from a bedroom to a bathroom and was performed very efficiently and friendly. This was a few years ago and since moving they serviced my current boiler as well. They are a great company

A very experienced and friendly service. We had called another company to diagnose hot water issues they said we needed a powerflush which might not resolve the issue. So we sought a 2nd opinion. We got recommended B&R by a friend. They came out and with in 5 mins diagnosed the problem to the heat exchanger, which is a quicker and easier fix than a powerflush. We booked them in and now have hot water. So very happy.

Richard and Kieran did a brilliant job installing an unvented hot water system and removing our old vented (tank in the loft) system, and all of the old pipes. They stuck a plastic sheet down over our carpets to protect them, and cleared up after each day. Our new system works brilliantly. Very highly recommended. Thank you very much.
